Soteria Land Company is a US-based real estate developer and operator of private and sustainable second home communities in the US and Europe.

Our communities are secret hideaways that act as weekend getaways, family vacation properties and, in the event of a crisis, as a home away from home.

We don’t just develop land to sell homes, but rather we are the long term operator of the properties. As the principals of Soteria Land Co. we own homes in each of the destinations we developed.

Soterial Land Co. constantly seeks new land acquisitions ranging from 200 to 5000+ acres in exceptionally bucolic settings that are within two hours driving or 45 flight minutes of major cities in the US and Western Europe.

West Coast Farm

We are seeking land in California/Oregon/Washington/Nevada for the development of a 8-12 home community in an extraordinarily bucolic setting.

The development can be costal, wine country, desert landscape or farm land. We will develop the project based on the characteristics of the surrounding land. E.g. a Joshua Tree Sanctuary would be developed very differently than a Santa Barbara Wine Estate.

As always, the homes will all feature extreme privacy, incredible nature and resort like amenities like private chefs, grocery services, cleaning/laundry and on-site concierge and security.

Jobs

What we do is different. We are not real-estate developers, we are not hotelier, we are not architects, we are not landscape designers.

We are a little bit of each of this and more. We set out to create the most luxurious family retreats imaginable. Places that we want to stay at with our families and friends.

Most of our positions are remote, in other words you can work from anywhere. We are a small team where everyone wears a lot of hats. We love what we do, we get things done and we have become friends along the way.

  • Opportunity and Land Scout – you are responsible to find, evaluate and negotiate land purchases throughout the US and Europe.
  • Land & Construction Development – you work with the team to make the vision a reality. Once we acquired a property it takes years to master-plan, get approvals and plan construction.
  • Member Concierge – you work with our members to keep everything working smoothly. Anything from arranging construction visits to helping order couches.
  • Project Manager – you will be dedicated to one specific project to keep everything moving smoothly, and if not, fix the bumps and road blocks.
